Cupcake Handbags

What could be more enticing than delectable handbags that are on sale?! Welcome to online boutique Cupcake. Right now their Bumper handbag collection is on sale. What’s a Bumper? According to Cupcake a “Bumper” is a style of bag that has little colored bumpers on the side. I’m a big fan of all of their bumper handbags.

Cupcake is a girl-run, girl-owned boutique showcasing handmade accessories, jewelry, and clothing. All items featured on their boutique is handmade and one-of-a-kind.

Here are some fabulous finds in their jewelry anthology. Visit Cupcake for more of their hip and fashionable finds.

Pink Loves Brown

We’re fortunate enough to be given gifts from family and loved ones throughout the year. Consequently there is the need for “thank-you” cards to express our gratitude. In addition to my addiction to stationery, Pink Loves Brown has the most delightful stationery designs from invitations to everyday cards. I especially enjoy the “thank you” cards with the expression “You’re Sweet” printed on the front. Right above the expression is a charming print of a candy sweet. Every card is handmade and each design unique. Visit Pink Loves Brown to see more of her designs.

Spot Organics

I’m an avid fan of fresh breath and not just for humans either. My dogs could use a hit of freshness every now and then. Heck, all the time in fact. Spot Organics features a Peppermint Breath Spray for our canine friends. This is an all natural breath spray that works like a breath mint. The spray also helps to oppress the bacteria in their mouths that causes doggy breath. The Peppermint Breath Spray uses only pure peppermint essential oil to give them minty fresh breath.

Another source of odor is my dogs’ beds. Spot Organics also features Bedding Spray. It’s aromatherapy for your dog and their beds. It is a natural deodorizing spray with a fragrant smell of tangerine and lemons. There are also essential oils of eucalyptus and marjoram. This spray can also be used as a disinfectant in your dog’s kennel or room. Visit Spot Organics for more of their canine aromatherapy collection.

Bark & Sparkle

Okay, I have a small dog now and she is a female, but for the life of me I can’t dress her up like some celebrities we see are doing with their tiny canines. It’s not that I don’t like the accessories they are coming out with. They are adorable … the carriers, the shiny collars, the luxurious sweaters, etc … But I can’t dress her up like she’s my baby doll. It’s not just my thing. That being said I do think the collars from Bark & Sparkle are delightful. They are made out of handwoven Swarovski crystals and glitter like crazy! If you are the type that indulges your canine companions like the princesses they are, visit Bark & Sparkle for their snazzy collars. Be sure to check out their Mommy & Me set for the ultimate doglover in you.

Angelic Genius

Now I’m not sure about this tee completely but it’s kind of amusing, in a wicked way. For my little Yakuza, Angelic Genius has come out with the Dragon Tattoo tee. This intricate dragon tattoo print is set on the back of the tee for that bit of that impish effect. The dragon is printed on the softest cotton tee around and set with a comfy neck opening. The tee is printed in black on a white tee in either a short sleeve tee or a one-piece, up to size 4T. Visit Angelic Genius’s website to see more of their hip and trendy designs.

I’ll admit handbags are one of my many fetishes. These bags from Nepacena are of no exception. Bay Area native Karen Nepacena creates designs that are unique and full of personality. She uses exceptional textile fabrics and vibrant color schemes. Nepacena is based in the SOMA district in lovely San Francisco, CA. I adore her Lucie Handbag – Petal Collection. The use of jovial colors and simple designs allows you to use this handbag for all occasions.

The Aya clutch is great for those of us still wanting to hang on to the spring/summer mood. But you can also be daring and take it out on a night on the town in the fall evening coolness.

I’m still addicted to the pink/brown color scheme therefore I need to order Nepacena’s wool collection Lucie Handbag in pink/brown. These bags are made with the most superb wool fabrics and are fully lined with a zipper closure. Visit Nepacena’s website to see more of her fabulous collection of handbags.

Chester Diaper Bags

I am in love with this diaper bag by Chester. It’s the messenger bag style in Truffle. It looks roomy and easy to hang on the stroller. I don’t need anything too big with the armadillo being older.

Mr. Funny Hand Warmer

The weather seems to be getting cooler these days, especially today. But as the mercury drops my hands get cold. I don’t like wearing gloves because I feel they impede the purpose of what hands are for so I usually go out and stuff my hands in pockets, etc … whatever to keep warm. Now I have a buddy that will help me keep my hands toasty when the temperature decreases. It’s the Mr. Funny Hand Warmer. This adorable hand warmers starts to heat up as soon as you flex the tab inside the pouch. Stick one or a couple inside your jacket pockets and you’ll have toasty fingers in no time! They are also reusable as well. Just submerge them in boiling water until they turn clear. Pick up a Mr. Funny Hand Warmer at

Christina Aguilera is urging her wedding guests to donate to charity rather than buy her and fiancee gifts. See for the full story ...

Provence offers adorable gift stickers that you can personalize with your child’s name(s). The gift stickers come in a wide array of designs and styles. They are definite eye-catchers!

Halloween Plush Cruncher Toys

I wonder if Aiko & Miso will like these toys. They are soft faux fur covers that you insert a full plastic water bottle into. Then when the dogs bite on it makes a crinkle crunchy noise. I can't think of why a dog wouldn't like that! You can find these at Petsmart. I may have to look for these this weekend.

Baby Bottom Fan

How bizarre is this invention? It’s a Baby Bottom Fan made by a South Korean company. Obviously one would use the Baby Bottom Fan to dry your little one’s tush off. There is also supposed to be a built in anti-bacterial fragrance to protect your baby from skin ailments like the wonderful diaper rash. I don’t think it’s available here yet but if it was would you get one? Somehow I don’t think my child would appreciate a fan blowing at his bottom.
